"The convenience of the beach and play ground to the chalets. Turtles can be viewed regularly from the beach. Nice atmosphere around the place. The size of the chalet was perfect for 4 people. Lovely view of the ocean and garden."

"One of the restaurants was pretty expensive. There was no cutlery provided, but we received it upon request."

"We had a family stay with our mom. She is in age and she got an extra care from the stuff in the hotel territory, beach area and food court as well. We were very impressed with BBQ option, spent lots of evenings with family BBQ creating lots of good memories. Morning coffee from Starbucks is a great plus. Amazing experience with the turtles. Looking forward to be back."

"I had written earlier on improving the quality of the breakfast. During this stay I noticed that the hotel had taken that on board and the quality and spread of the breakfast was very good."

"Staff: The staff all over the property is very friendly and helpful. We've eaten breakfast and supper and the food was freshly prepared and delicious. Our room had the best view. The beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean."

Beer can be bought from “the Cellar” off licence at hotel +++ We enjoyed breakfast in main restaurant although a little expensive. We had fantastic dinner in Turtle Bay restaurant (best meal in our week in UAE), good staff and banter with waiting staff."
