"Windows were dirty, not letting you enjoy the Burj Khalifa view fully. We were offered another room but there the windows were worse. The socket in the bathroom was loose, so the hair dryer had to be used in the bedroom."

He was incredibly helpful when assisting me with rebooking my flight after Emirates cancelled it. Paul kindly stayed four hours longer after his shift ended to make sure everything was sorted and that I had a new reservation. His dedication, patience, and professionalism made a very stressful situation much easier for me.
