Overall, the apartment delivers a comfortable and well-appointed stay with impressive views and practical amenities. The host, Alessandro, and the person who met us, Ms. Hla, were courteous, responsive, and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience."

"The hotel facilities are better than expected. Staff are extremely professional and helpful. Especially Zeenat and Sarah from Reception. Also, Ashwin was very helpful. Hotel is very nice. Food quality is outstanding. I extended my stay because of the friendly atmosphere and hospitality. Chef Elias made an incredible pasta. I don’t want to leave any names but I hope I remembered all: Sabita, Jackey, Eshan, Eve, and Mr. Rajii. I loved the green farm which is taken care by chef Kevin. It is wonderful to know that all green vegetables have been grown here at the hotel."
