"The lady at the reception was absolutely amazing. OMG, Albania needs more people like her. She made everything feel so lovely and gave a true home-away-from-home experience. I booked a mountain view but ended up with a sea view, which was such a lovely surprise. They also picked me up from my former stay to the hotel — about a 30–40 minute drive — which was such a kind gesture."

"Julia - The hotel Manager. We loved her. She was the most lovavble and caring Hotel manager we have ever met. She was so helpful, caring and full of warmth. We forgot our car keys near the swimming pool one night and she found and kept it safely. Being the First guest of the season, She ensured that we dont feel alone and was there for anythibg just a message or a call away. BIG THANKS TO HER FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFUL. Regarding Hotel : The hotel was beautiful. The Hotel is 20 mins drive away from the Main Miami-Beach-Like center. They have two buildings and a pool in the middle. Amazi g Sea view from all the rooms. BIG RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS !"

The hotel offers private parking, and the rooms are designed with spacious terraces where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Everything was impeccably clean, and fresh linens were replaced regularly without us even having to ask. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, which made our stay simply perfect. "The hotel was excellent – modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was top-notch: always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Guests have access to a pool and a private beach, which makes it the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy the holiday. It was our first time in Albania, but we already know it won’t be the last! We came back with beautiful memories and are extremely satisfied. We can truly recommend this place with a clear conscience :)"

"1) Refrigerator in the apartment had an issue and was heating and not cooling. But staff was very helpful and supportive. 2) Room was noisy (probably while bathrooms of other apartments were in use). If these issues are resolved, the hotel definetely would deserve the highest rate."
