"This year opened hotel. Small rooms, but everything is functional and convenient. There is no balcony in the room, but large terrasse with chairs and sunbeds overlooking the city. There is a small fridge and AC in the room. The staff speaks only Italian, but I was able to communicate successfully. The location is good. 1 km to the bus station. 3 km to the beach. 300 m to the Big Market supermarket. 200 m to furrë buke (bakery) Hasa, where you can buy bureks and bread. 600 m to food and wholesale market of Durres, which is a quarter half-way from the hotel to the bus station. Closer to the bus station you can find lots of restaurants. North of Durres nice beaches with few people start around 5 km from the hotel."

"I want to start off by saying that the level of cleanliness is amazing. It smelled clean the second i stepped in. Also the apartment got everything we need. Communication with the host was good."
