"Everything was excellent — the room, the location, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We originally planned to stay for five nights, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again."

"The building is perfectly located just off the main strip, very central and near lots of great restaurants and easy access to the beach and activities. The building is new and beautifully presented. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable with lovely balconies with mountain views. Breakfast was delicious and so nicely presented. We were warmly welcomed by Geri who was so lovely, answered all our questions, helped us with the bus to Tirana and held our bags for us for the night. Highly recommended to stay here!"

"Perfect accommodation with very good value for money. I stayed for one night and specifically wanted a hotel rather than a private host, so I chose Ferdinand Residence. It is located directly in the city center, yet easy to find and conveniently accessible by car. The hotel has its own parking. The receptionist was professional and very friendly. The room is well-equipped with all necessary facilities. In particular, the indirect lighting creates a cosy atmosphere. Both the room and the hotel are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything appears to be quite new. Breakfast is good. I can fully recommend this hotel. I am confident you won’t find a better overall package at this price."

"Nice friendly staff and good off street parking. Nice location in central Himare. Close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Large room with a comfortable large room. Good breakfast, served outside if the weather is OK Nice spacious bathroom, but the shower head tended to spray water all over the place. Large wrap around balcony with nice views of the hills - great for drying towels and swimming gear!"

"Room was a bit sparse - for example there were no bedside lights, so had to have the main lights on at night which was not ideal for reading."

"The soundproofing is not good, you can hear all the noises coming from the staircase through the main door (other guests, the elevator...)"

"It was very clean and the location was amazing. Breakfast was great considering the price and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was spotless every day and the on site parking was a real plus. We celebrated our one year anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond decorating our room. It’s family run so you get that level of care and they were so very helpful throughout."

"The only thing was that maybe the room could have done with a side light or extra lamps and that the elevator makes a quite loud noise. Apart from this it was sublime"

"Lovely modern, room and bathroom. Everything very clean. Nice balcony and good location with easy walking distance into the town. Parking available too. Breakfast was decent too. Staff all very friendly."

"Not always enough spaces to accommodate all the people wanting to park, so having to get blocked in/ move cars. They also started playing music early (like 7 to 7:30am) and as we were on the first floor did tend to wake us."
