"Location! The view!!"
"The cleaner never changed our beddings. Even when I informed the hotel. She came in, turn it the other side and lay the bed without changing it. Noticed on the 3rd day and nothing changed after raising it with the reception. 6 night with same beddings is beyond dirty. Other staffs especially the kitchen were friendly and always ready to help."

"The blocked wash basin drain. We reported the matter and nobody showed up/ When you brush your teeth or wash your hand the water takes for ever to go down the drain."
"The hotel is in a perfect location, very well equipped and extremely clean. The housekeeping staff and receptionists are all very kind and helpful. The family room had a balcony with a wonderful sea view – highly recommended!"
