"Location super good! Close to the bus stop to Theth and Tirana. Reception is also quite nice to help us book the ferry ticket to valbona (she even checked with the agent on the availability first 👍 Can store the luggage 👍"

"Everything about this hotel was perfect, clean rooms, great facilities, and warm hospitality. But what truly made our stay outstanding was Sonila, one of the hotel staff. She went above and beyond by recommending the best trips in Shkodër, guiding us on what to see, and even helping us plan our journey to the next destination. She also suggested the top traditional restaurants and coffee shops with delicious local food and sweets, and we tried her recommendations, they were truly the best of the best. Thanks to her, our trip to Albania became unforgettable, and she is the main reason we would gladly return to this hotel again."

"The staff were super friendly and supportive. I injured my knee and needed a place to rest. Perfect. It is central to the main hospitality area."

"Excellent service from start to finish! Friendly and professional staff, always ready to help. Even though they couldn’t serve food on the day we arrived due to unexpected circumstances, they handled it with great patience and offered my family an extra room at half price. We planned to stay one night but ended up staying two because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommended!"
