"Beautiful and clean rooms, furnished with new furniture and offering a wonderful view from the balcony. The room includes a small kitchenette, fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is excellent — within walking distance to both the beach and the center of Ksamil, with a mini market conveniently nearby. The hosts are truly wonderful, offering warm hospitality and speaking excellent Greek. Highly recommended!"

"Location was good. About 5 mins to get down to the start of the centre strip. On the way back it is slightly uphill so can be tiring depending."

"the biggest inconvenience for our family was that the air conditioners in different rooms are connected to each other we almost had a fight with our parents because they wanted to sleep with the air conditioner on and we didn't."
