"Communication with the owner is excellent, always available. We were very pleasantly surprised that there was cold water and juice in the fridge. The apartment is clean and comfortable in a good area close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Everything you need for a comfortable stay and more than we expected. Excellently equipped. For every recommendation"

"I had an amazing stay at Rahones Apartment. I was staying at the 2 bedroom apartment: which has a private entrance, is really spacious and comes with the wonderful terrace where you can enjoy the view. Each rooms has air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The bathroom has also a washing machine and all the amenities necessary. Also the kitchen was really organized with modern furniture and super clean, we felt right like at home. The host was amazing. I had the most welcoming experience ever. Since we came in the afternoon at the apartment, the host left for us everything necessary for a quick refreshing snack: water, wine, traditional Albanian drink( raki) , cheese etc and also delicious homemade jam. It also had a Lavazza express for the morning coffee( the best Italian merchant). We could also park for free right at the entrance of the apartment and a supermarket just 5 min walk away."

"The host speaks limited English but is EXTREMELY kind and accommodating and keen to assist. We mostly communicated via WhatsApp messages (presumably assisting her by translator apps). Host cooked dinner which was so filling and tasted great. Clean room and bed kept us warm during a very cold evening. Accomodation is in the middle of Valbonë / easy to get a lift to the start of the Valbonë - Theth hike (speak to host if needing a guide). Just a great stay, predominantly due to the host. Basic accomodation but to be expected in a very small town."
