"The location is perfect, just some 10-15 minutes walking from the center: still central, but very quiet. In addition, the house is located a bit uphill, so the view from the window is amazing. The room is spacious, clean and well organized. The beds are comfortable. The garden is quiet and well kept, with a breathtaking view over the city and the coast. Cherry on top: the hosts, who are extremely friendly, helpful, welcoming, and generous. The best people we have met during these holidays. We really felt at home!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very spacious, with two separate bedrooms and a shared living area with comfortable furniture. The highlight was the huge wrap-around balcony. Since the house is located on a hill, the view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking — you can see the entire city, the sea, islands, and mountains. Everything is at your feet. It’s truly stunning."

"The only downside is the uphill walk to get there, which might be a bit challenging for those who don't enjoy walking."

"The facility provides beautiful views from the balcony and terrace, where there is a place to eat breakfast outdoors or sit in the shade and have a beer. The host is a very nice older gentleman who, together with his wife, creates a wonderful atmosphere of a family home. Being there I felt like I was visiting my grandfather. Wonderful, friendly and very nice people. The rooms are clean and tidy, have air conditioning and kitchenettes, which is great. As a farewell, we were treated to a delicious breakfast for the road with handmade products and watermelon from the garden."

"We booked this for our family of 5 and we had the upper stairs apartment. It was made of 2 double rooms and a living room. It is bigger than it seemed in the pics and it fit our family very well. Bathroom is huge as well. This apartment did not have a kitchen nor is there a common one downstairs like I initially thought( only the double and triple rooms downstairs had one) but the host was kind enough to provide us with cutlery and plates, as well as a sandwich maker so we could make breakfast in the room. The terrace has a million dollars view so it was better than most restaurants’s terraces. We chose to eat lunch in, because we were close to the beach and we had a wonderful AC. We loved the fact that it was close to the cheaper, calmer beaches of Ksamil. If you go from Maestro beach to the left, you find calm beaches with normal prices. The hill is not as bad as the reviews make it seem, but be aware of the elevation! (The view comes with a price :)) )"

"- The extensible sofa in the living room was a rather vintage one, and it seemed a bit complicated to us to turn it into a bed, so my sister took the mattress and slept directly on the floor (she had the best sleep tho, because the AC is in the living room). It is not something we did not like but I thought it is worth mentioning for people who are more pretentious. - Be aware you are to bring your own shower gel and shampoo as these are not provided. (Dishwashing detergent and a sponge too if you are to have breakfast in, like we did) - There is no coffee machine in the room, but an electric kettle (more like for tea or instant coffee). Better bring your own electric moka pot if you have one. - Hosts don’t speak English and the Google Translate doesn’t have the best database for Albanian, but we did get along as they are very nice as sweet and welcoming."
