"After a long flight, The Alex was exactly the place I needed to relax and recharge. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is warm, and the staff makes you feel truly welcome. When I return from Russia in a month, I’ll definitely stay at The Alex again — it already feels like a home away from home."

"Helpful staff Nice local home made breakfast Kettle in room (no coffee) Walkable to city center without going along main road. Turn right at small shop and follow that road to steps onto Freedom Bridge (about 10 mins) then another 5 mins into town. Quiet area."

"We ve organised shuttle service from and to the airport. It was absolutely amazing in the sense of time accuracy, comfortable car, and professional driver . Our plane from Larnaca was delayed, so the hotel was checking on the arrival schedule, and when we landed in Yerevan 2, 5 hours later than planned , the driver with the name of the hotel was there waiting for us. And it was midnight! We are very thankful for it! 🙏 The breakfast was delicious. Only have in mind being there at 9:00 the best . Good location.5 min walk to a bus station: almost all the buses go to the centre( 10-15 min , depending on traffic).All the stuff in the hotel is very friendly ,attentive, and helpful. Good value for money! Highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely great stay at Karin’s B&B. She has a couple of rooms on the ground floor of their house, all spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated in the morning the good breakfast prepared by Amine. She prepared as well. A delicious dinner for us during two of the nights we stayed there. Karin had also very good advice, and could organize a drive up to incredible petroglyphs at 3500m in the mountains. And her kind husband spoiled us with fruits from the garden. We will definitely come back!"

The way that Arushik welcommed us with nice homemade gata, the fact that the room was so clean and comfy, the fact that we could reach the family at any moment to support us when we needed help. Even if the temperatures were really low when we visited Gyumri(-10 degrees) the room was always hot. The room is in walking distance from the beautiful city center of Gyumri and it is highly recommended for visiting this beautiful town."
