"Very relaxed little hotel with an absolutely gorgeous courtyard. The shower pressure and temperature are very nice, and absolutely welcome after spending 6 hours on a marshrutka. There is an English-speaking member of hotel staff. Location is very convenient just across from the train and metro station, and you can also get taxis anywhere using GG or Yandex."

"The rooms themselves are basic and feel a bit dated, with some things not working as expected, and the walls not being completely painted. Lots of small issues, like the shower pipe being quite leaky & not fully engaging, leaving lots of water dripping into the sink. There's a certain "jank" to the place, but everything major was perfect."

"Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и добродушная женщина. Все, что нам нужно было - всегда давала. В комнатах уютно, полотенца и постель чистые, тапочки мыло и туалетная бумага были. В бассейне каждый день купались и загорали. Кондиционер в рабочем состоянии.Удобное место расположения, рядом метро, рынок, 2 огромных торговых центра, столовая, кафешки. В Ереване первый раз, очень понравилось, приедем еще."

"У отеля удобное расположение, недалеко от метро, рядом есть рынок со свежими овощами и фруктами. На территории отеля есть простые беседки, в которых мы завтракали, бассейн. Номера без изысков, но в них есть всё необходимое - собственный душ, полотенца, чайник, приборы. В номерах довольно чисто. Наша комната была на стадии ремонта, но проживать это не мешало. Особенно запомнились отзывчивость и доброта Марины. Мы почувствовали доброжелательное и заботливое отношение. Сразу вспомнились золотые слова: "поступайте с людьми так, как хотите, чтобы они поступали с вами". Когда мы приехали позже, чем ожидалось, она принесла нам перекус и чай. В течение недели она помогала с нашими запросами по стирке, глажке одежды, даже принесла вентилятор, чтобы не было духоты в одной из комнат комнате. Такое отношение оставило приятные воспоминания и впечатления о нашем месте проживания."

"The villa was spacious, and all the rooms were on one floor which was not clear from the photos. We appreciated this as a group of 11 people ranging in age from 2 to 80 years old. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Even before our arrival, they assisted us in choosing interesting places to visit in Armenia and also organized a full-day tour for us with an English speaking guide."

"We stayed here and were stoked with the choice. The house is pretty big – five bedrooms all up – and it was spotless. The backyard with the pool became our hang-out spot, especially on those hot days. Evenings were perfect for dinners outside, and during the day it was an easy stroll into Yerevan’s main sights. The Wi-Fi’s fast, all the appliances work like a charm, and the place has everything you’d need to feel comfy. The host’s super quick to reply and pays attention to the little things. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after comfort and peace but still want to be close to the city centre."
