"Clear and kind communication with the owners. Good price/quality ratio. Not too far from the center. Different types of rooms for singles/couples and (small) families"

"The hotel is not the most modern, and the location is slightly out of the center, though it can be reached by metro (10 minute walk) or yandex taxi. Breakfast needs to be ordered in advance. Some rooms need soms maintenance and/or deep cleaning. Beds are firm."

"Wifi was often without Internet, this is unacceptable., bed was VERY stiff, breakfast was overpriced.--- 3000 local dram is too much for the breakfast. No elevator.. TV stops working if you turn it towards different direction. Room was good, but service of WiFi without Internet is no service...."

"The location was great, with a city and mountain view from the balcony. It was very calm and beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have a USMLE exam at the Prometric Center, this location is convenient—just 10 minutes away from the American University of Armenia. This hotel was a good value for the price."
