"Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was varied enough and delicious. Design is great, room is cozy and contains all amenities, including free slippers, bath robe for shower and spa. Location was just perfect for my needs. Definitely going to stay there some other time I am in Yerevan."

"Other people in the spa were incredibly loud and inconsiderate. It wasn't relaxing at all. Not sure what the hotel could do about this other than asking for people to speak quietly."

"Great value, but not a "value" hotel. The facilities have an urban design flair, feature upscale materials, and are nice and clean to boot. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the on-site restaurant is great, too. A 15-20-minute walk and you are in the heart of Yerevan's center at Opera House, Republic Square, etc. For me, that is perfect—to get a walk in on my way to getting into all that Yerevan offers. There are a few museums even closer. The bed and linens are cozy and comfortable. There was a nice-sized desk and chair, and LOTS of shelving and storage in the rooms. The breakfast is outstanding and takes place on the ninth floor, where you can enjoy city views under the watchful eye of Mother Armenia. I stayed here twice during my stay in Armenia and would come back!"

"Breakfast was very fine, 🏊‍♂️ swimming pool, sauna and hamam were very relaxing in the evening when I returned. I liked the doorman Eduard from Ghanna and other personal too."

"The fact that you always have a feeling that they do not trust you. They insisted that I pay for every night separately. They even called me in the room via phone several times to come down to the reception and pay for a drink I had at the bar or for a food from the restaurant. I found that rude and intrusive."

"The entrance is absolutely dangerous! It is a construction site, very dirty and slippery, ugh. There are no warning signs anywhere. You can break your leg or even back easily, ughh."

"Location is good, staff is very helpful, everybody spoke English fluently and we were assisted with our luggage. Breakfast was rich and the view from the restaurant was great. We didn’t use the sauna, but just checked it out and it looked nice. Although the hotel is on the busy street it didn’t bother us at all during the night while sleeping with an open window."

"Parking was not available on the day of our stay, but we were allowed to leave two motorcycles before the entry to the hotel which was safe."
