"The owners are wonderful hosts and incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make my trip smooth and treated me as one of their loved ones. It’s always special to have a feeling of people who care and support you. The place is modern and nicely decorated. Silva has good taste and she provides sweets which a nice touch. Eddy is a great guide for the neighborhood. It’s a quiet location and peaceful oasis away from the hectic city traffic. I took the local bus which is really easy to navigate and takes about 15-20 mins"

"This was my 2nd stay and will return again. It's still a good value for the money, even as guesthouse prices in Yerevan are going up, perhaps due to the government's 20% VAT, which I think is fairly recent. The apartment condition is very good & is lovingly cared for I'd say, which small improvements show. The biggest improvement is the heating system installed, with radiators in every room which should make the place comfortable even in cold weather. My view of the location has improved, as this time I did make a point to use the city bus system, which I found to be inexpensive and efficient especially outside of rush hours. There are several bus stops in easy walking distance from the apartment. Downtown is much closer than I thought, but other tourist locations may still require a taxi. Silvi & Eddy remain excellent, friendly hosts."

"Little things again. Since I like to cook, I agree with the guest who wrote before that another pot such as a medium-sized frying pan would be useful, as well as perhaps an Armenian coffee pot. Otherwise, the kitchen is well enough stocked. My only other small complaint is that using the coffee table as a dining table over even a few days gets a bit old--- so ideally, either raising it about 5 inches or replacing it with a table at normal table height and having a folding chair to use would be perfect. Still, bring an electrical outlet strip in your luggage."

Если хотите отдохнуть в тишине, отличный вариант! До центра 20 минут на автобусе, если сильно нужно, то можно и на такси, оно совсем недорогое."
