"Quiet large room with a view of the garden. We staid here for three days. Very friendly hosts who fulfilled all our wishes. Excellent breakfast, all grown in the home garden. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and a snack. Parking here is no problem. We recommend staying here!"

Gevorg responded very promptly and commuted from outside Yerevan to let us in. The apartment is great value - perfect for two friends, with separate sleeping areas, a spacious living room, and an open kitchen. Everything matched the description and photos, including the amazing view of Mount Ararat."

The subway station is 5 mins walking distance, the downtown - 15 mins walk. Overall, the apartment is very cozy, clean and nice, it has a feeling of home about it.
