"The hotel is located very far from the city center. Even by public transport it takes at least 20 minutes, and during rush hours the trip can easily take 40–50 minutes because of traffic. This is very inconvenient for tourists who want to explore the city and move around freely. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. It was extremely poor and far below any acceptable standard — just a piece of bread and some salad. No variety, no hot food, and definitely not enough to start the day. After this “breakfast,” I had to look for a café elsewhere every morning. Soundproofing is almost nonexistent. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms, especially from upstairs. At night, the neighbors were running around the room, and every step was clearly audible. Getting proper sleep was nearly impossible. There is no elevator in the hotel, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable, especially if you have luggage. Climbing the stairs several times a day is exhausting, particularly after long walks around the city. The most unacceptable issue was housekeeping — or rather, the complete lack of it. During five days of stay, the room was not cleaned even once. Trash was not taken out, towels were not changed, and the bed linen was never replaced. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel."

"1. The staff doesn't understand English at all 2. We arrived at 8 pm, tired and the kid was crying but we were made to wait 1 hour at the reception as the staff did not know what to do. He did not even know how to use a card machine. 3. We were given room on the 3rd floor with no lift even after explaining him that we have a 1.5 year old kid and 70+ year senior citizen. 4. We tried to reach the number provided in booking.com multiple times through calls and whatsapp, but no one responded. I've not yet received a response from the number. 5. We were told that the breakfast will be at 9am. But there was no breakfast available. We left the hotel at 10.45 am without getting any breakfast at all 6. The location of the hotel is also a bit confusing as it is inside a housing society"
