"Excellent facilty for a reasonable price. We booked a room with twin beds. The location is OK, very close to the city centre. It has a common kitchen with all that you'd need for cooking. The lady in charge was very nice. The room was spacious enough. Mattresses are fine. The window was small, but it doesn't pose any problem: it gives enough light, and you anyway doesn't spend all your time in the room."

"This place is 10/10. The owner was very nice and kind, showed us everything. Room was clean and big, there is kitchen in the guest house which has all you need. Location is in the centre of Yerevan. We had a shower and toilet in a room(which was very comfortable to use, as its not shared). We stayed in November so its cold outside, but in the guest house it was warm. Overall we are very happy with our stay, I will definitely come back."

"The host is extremely kind and friendly. The hotel has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay and is located very close to Metro and bus stations. The rooms are very clean, well furnished and serviced on regular basis. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity."

"Quiet street within 5 minutes walk to the city center and shops. Very spacious house and a big terrace with a terrific view. It is an old apartment with vintage furniture, it could enjoy some renovation but the property page gives a good representation of what to expect, it is clean and the price is fair. The bed and pillows were very comfy. The hostess was very caring and helpful. Upon leaving, we could leave our luggage at the property until the evening."

"숙박 하루전날 아파트 전기고장으로 숙박할수 없다는 문자를 받았다. 우리는 여행중이라 대체숙소를 부탁드렸다. 당일에 숙소로 찾아가니 직원분이 친절하게도 대체숙소까지 안내해주셔서 업데이트된 숙소로 갈 수 있었다. 우리가 예약했던 것 보다 많이 업그레이드를 받아서 편안하게 쉴 수 있었다. 친절한 직원으로 예레반에서 행복한 휴가를 즐길 수 있었다."
