"숙소가 조용했어요. 시내와 조금 떨어져있어서 (걸어서 5분) 자동차나 상가 소음이 없었어요. 주인분과 직원분들 모두 친절하셨어요. 저희에게 바베큐와 감자 구운 걸 좀 나눠주셨는데 정말 맛있었어요! 화장실과 샤워 시설은 수압이 세고 뜨거운 물이 잘 나와요. 하지만 다른 호실에서 온수를 사용중일 때는 온수가 잘 안 나오는 것 같으니 샤워하기 전에 미리 확인하시면 좋을 거예요. 정원엔 강아지가 한 마리 있는데 아주 순하고 짖지도 않아요. 침대와 이불보, 그리고 방 모두 깨끗했어요. 방에도 햇빛이 잘 들어서 좋았어요. 숙소 이름처럼 숙소 주변에 아주 큰 정원이 있는데, 그곳에서 밥을 먹을 수 있게 정자도 있어요. 저희는 날씨가 좋지 않아 실내에서 밥을 먹었지만 날씨만 좋다면 밖에서 먹을 수도 있을 것 같아요!"

"Great price. Very friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel at home. We were given the key immediately upon arrival with no complications. There is plenty of parking space at the entrance of the hotel. The room was quiet with a garden view. The bathroom was big and clean."
"The common kitchen looked a bit messy. However, we only stayed in the hotel for one night and we didn't use it. Maybe there is need for a small curtain to cover the small window above the room's main door."
"Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views."
"The road leading to the hotel looks like it has just been through a war. Shower water is not very hot"
"A nice budget calm hotel in the centre but a few buildings away from the main street of Sevan. They have also a farm with happy chickens, rabbits and cows. The owner is a very interesting person with who you can discuss a lot about any topic."
"The water is quite often not really hot, between 25 and 30 C usually (they use solar panel heaters, I guess in the hot sunny days it will be hot)."

"Good owner but he needs a time to be very good and prepare everything to the tourist. The owner give me the best new room in the hotel I am very grateful to him and I hope I will visit this hotel in future"

"The staff were very nice and kind to us. Especially Mr. Vahak was a real gentleman. He was perfect. If we come back to Sevan, Sevano would be our first and only choice. Ladies there were nice too. For our budget it was good overall."

"Very friendly staff. Good size room in a quiet location not far from the town. Spotlessly clean. Very good sized shared kitchen with large dining area . We really enjoyed our stay and met some very nice people."
"The room really needed an extra light at the bed end as it only had one light in the whole room - either another ceiling light or a bedside lamp. This was a minor point for us but if this was added then we would have scored the property 10."
