"The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. You feel completely in your own space, it is very quiet and the bedroom is dark and comfortable. The air con is in the lounge and cools the whole space well. The tv is a smart tv. The rest of the property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and incredible views. The location is great for visiting areni’s attractions. The stepanyan family made this trip for us, they are all so lovely, polite, and friendly, and made our stay so enjoyable. We loved seeing the dried fruit production and the wine tasting and tour, the dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful and we left feeling so well fed and replenished. They were all so helpful and went out of their way for us several times. We are very grateful and cannot recommend this enough."

"This a great guesthouse in Areni. The room is in a separate building, it is very spacious with living room, bedroom and bathroom. Everything is very clean. Air conditoning works well and is needed. It is in the living room but cooled down the entire space.The yard is a beautiful garden with grape vines, flowers, fruit and nut trees. We had breakfast and three dinners with them and all were excellent, varied and had large portions. On arrival we had a tour of the winery, and then did a wine tasting over dinner. The wine is excellent. The family is very kind and welcoming, they gave us a bag of fruit from their garden when we left."

"The guest house was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable — they made us feel like family. The garden and outdoor seating area were peaceful and full of charm. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We especially loved the homemade breakfast made with fresh local ingredients."

"Путешествуя по Армении, искали обычный ночлег на 1 ночь. НО нам очень повезло остановится в невероятном месте в очень уютном приватном новом двухкомнатном домике в саду - у самой трудолюбивой, душевной и гостеприимной армянской семье виноделов! Это был незабываемо! Домик – персональный, уютный двухкомнатный с собственной ванной комнатой. Просторная гостиная с кондиционером! Большое спасибо Айку за рассказы про тонкости винодельного искусства, Гаяне за вкусный завтрак и гостеприимство, винную дегустацию и домашний лаваш, Старшим членам семьи за знакомство с уникальным фруктовым садом и за очень вкусные, ароматные сухофрукты, которые с удовольствием приобрели!"

"Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La colazione è stata ottima, con tanti prodotti fatti in casa e di alta qualità. La sera del nostro arrivo abbiamo partecipato a una visita della cantina, seguita da una cena preparata dalla moglie dell'hotel con degustazione dei vini che producono loro: un’esperienza autentica e deliziosa. Tutto curato nei dettagli, accoglienza calorosa e atmosfera familiare. Consigliatissimo a chi ama la tranquillità, il buon cibo e il vino di qualità"
