"The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Despite the very low temperatures, inside was warm. I checked in at 3 am without any problem. Coffee, tea, biscuits and water were free at any time."

"It was close to the Kilikia central bus station which helped us take the morning bus to Tbilisi without any problems. Its walkable from the city's main attractions. The common kitchen allows you to use the stove and microwave and they also have free coffee on offer. Its basically clean and a good budget option for Yerevan."

"We liked mostly everything except that people hang around and talk in the courtyard which is a bit noisy at times.also it was Oct and the Ac was not working. We slept with the window open and it was fine."

"Very hospital, polite and friendly people. Always there to assist, suggest and do the "extra mile" for you. Very clean, cozy, in a very quiet location. Close to the central bus station, bakery and s supermarket. 100% recommended."

"Friendly staff. They settled us in before the normal registration hour and gave us an additional table opn request. Clean place. The location is not bad. Not far from the center. Good air conditioning, and nice beds."

"I stayed in a cozy wooden cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bedroom and bathroom were upstairs, featuring a large glass window with stunning views. Most importantly, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. This guesthouse truly shows dedication in its service!"

"The host is amazing. Got up at 5 am to invite me in .secured with cctv all around the property.fully gated all around. Furniture in great condition. Internet and tv gave no issues. Fast 4g wifi.if your room does not have its own kichten there is a shared kichten with all that is needed in it. Other guests were also friendly people had some great chats with them.i highly recommend this hotel as bus service to republic square and masis pass by the front of the property and the fare is around 0.40 euro cents. There is also a small shop 5 to 6 minuts walk from the hotel .i also like the no smoking in the hotel as most hotels allow it and the smell of smoke gets the most of the rooms. So i praise the host for not allowing smoking and also providing a comfy smoking area outside . If i need a hotel again around the area i will certanly call the host a book a room. Thank you ."

"Everything was exactly like in the pictures. I really enjoyed my stay there a lot. The next supermarket is just around the corner, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was very good and fast, perfect for getting some work done. The city of Vanadzor in general is very nice, I enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is also close to the city center, so you can easily reach everything on foot. The host also provided a safe place for my motorcycle during my stay, which I really appreciated."

"Отдыхали в гостевом доме в горах — остались в полном восторге! Снег, невероятная природа и настоящая зимняя сказка. Дом очень уютный, идеально чистый, всё продумано до мелочей. Нам бесплатно предоставили детскую кроватку, а также лыжи, санки и тюбинги — на территории есть отличное место для катания, можно кататься сколько угодно. Есть терраса и камин-мангал, баня с панорамным окном, дрова дали бесплатно. Большой плюс — удобное расположение: 40 минут от Еревана, 20 минут до Севана и 15 минут до Цахкадзора. Хозяин — золотой человек. С удовольствием вернёмся снова и однозначно рекомендуем!"
