"Contact with the reception, communication is quite rude and although we asked to be earlier, which was possible (for an additional prize) but when we arrive the exact time we said, no one was there. We were out and when we came back to pick something up, the woman of the reception was in our room with a man to repair a light. This man (apparently from Russia) was new there and in our room which we thought was really weird. We had the window open because it was very hot in the room, they closed it, We opened it again and they closed it again while we were out (…) and turned on the heater! The man of the hotel never said hello back, did not response to us and we had to ask for toilet paper several times."

"Its location is a bit hard to find. But they send you the position on whatsapp, which is good. Unfortunately the way to the hotel was all in ice, hence I guess in Summer the place is instead great."
