"The owner is great and welcoming, but not able to speak english. He gave us coffee at the entrance. There is AC, eletcrikal kettle, refrigerator and a sink in the room. It is 10 min on walk to city center. There is a small window. You can prak your car outside in the street."

"The light in room is little. The walls are thin and you can hear others voices. The two dogs in yard are a little bothering. I find an insect in sink, it should be more clean. There is a yard in front of rooms, but not organized. If he arrange the yard it will be a good common area for guests."

"Yerwant the host gave us a very warm welcome with coffee, wine and food! The place is nice, very cozy and perfect for spending a night in Gyumri! Totally recommended!"

"It's a nice place to be quiet and comfortable. There are shops nearby, so it's convenient. And the accommodation is clean and nice. The owner is kind and he will help the customer a lot. And he has 2 dogs and 2 cats, and 2 dogs are cute and kind to people. I want to come back here to see them again"

"If you want to experience the real Gyumri you should definitely stay here! The owner Yerevand is so friendly and helpful, we loved sharing a coffee with him in the mornings and a drink in the evenings. The room was very cosy and clean and had everything we needed. We felt at home and will definitely stay here again if we are back in Armenia. We originally booked two nights, but we extended to four 🙂"
