"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

we arrived 6.15am but couldnt check-in until.2pm which was extremely annoying especially coming off a 5 hour flight to be told we had to wait till 2pm to check in because our room was not ready. I understand this but I requested for an early check in at the time of booking but unfortunately they ignored our request. Imagine coming off a 5 hour flight, doing laps around the island then having to sleep in your hire car because they wouldnt let you check in before 2pm. Extremely frustrating hence the low rating. other than that ace was very nice.

Bathroom extractor fan not working properly leaving damp/mould spots on ceiling. Shame as the bathroom spoilt the otherwise very nice Condo Rear “sitting area” had a roof with nails showing through!!! 2” nails through a 1” plywood!! Area looked untidy and next to 5 bins!

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

"블레드 호수와 가깝고 주차가 편합니다. 거실과 방이 문으로 분리되어 있고 쇼파베드도 있어서 각자 잘 수 있었어요. 거실이 넓고 주방 기구들도 잘 구비되어 있어요. 카드키로 되어 있어 편했구요. 아침에 방안에 직접 차려주는 조식이 무척 풍성하고 맛있었습니다."

화장실의 환풍기 소리가 너무너무 큽니다.
