"The room was spacious, organized, and clean. In addition, the sun came shining in throughout the morning. We had access to many amenities (including kitchenette!). The location is in a quiet town, where everyone is friendly. We needed to stay a second night, and they happily extended our stay."

이불이 빤 것이겠지만, 지워지지 않은 얼룩도 조금 묻어 있고, 더럽다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 그리고 제가 주문한 호텔 방 설명에, 비데가 있다고 되어 있는데, 실제로 사용해 보니 비데는 없었습니다.

"The hotel is great. The rooms are huge, with two toilets, kitchen and everything else you need, even an iron and ironing board. They changed towels every few days."

"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. "Location was perfect, good access to Shinjuku station and plenty of shopping centres around. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. Quick response from the owner on all messages."

If you’re tired of restaurant food and want to cook a simple meal, there aren’t enough equipment provided.

"Staff were great, very helpful. Solid basic accom. Clean and functional. Perfect for our needs."

Breakfast could do with a revamp.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

"Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower"

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

Bathroom extractor fan not working properly leaving damp/mould spots on ceiling. Shame as the bathroom spoilt the otherwise very nice Condo Rear “sitting area” had a roof with nails showing through!!! 2” nails through a 1” plywood!! Area looked untidy and next to 5 bins!

"Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

Oversimplified decor. Access to mobile showerhead restricted, watermarks above skirting board outside shower in the hallway.

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.
