"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

we arrived 6.15am but couldnt check-in until.2pm which was extremely annoying especially coming off a 5 hour flight to be told we had to wait till 2pm to check in because our room was not ready. I understand this but I requested for an early check in at the time of booking but unfortunately they ignored our request. Imagine coming off a 5 hour flight, doing laps around the island then having to sleep in your hire car because they wouldnt let you check in before 2pm. Extremely frustrating hence the low rating. other than that ace was very nice.

이불이 빤 것이겠지만, 지워지지 않은 얼룩도 조금 묻어 있고, 더럽다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 그리고 제가 주문한 호텔 방 설명에, 비데가 있다고 되어 있는데, 실제로 사용해 보니 비데는 없었습니다.

"친절한 직원분 덕에 얼리 체크인이 가능하도록 배려해주었고 베르겐 중심가에 위치해서 도보로 다니기 편했습니다. 호텔 시설이 깨끗하고 침대도 편안했으며 주방시설도 잘 구비되어 있어서 음식 해먹는데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 1박만 머무른게 아쉬울 따름이였습니다."

리셉션에 의자가 두개뿐이라 대기하는 동안 앉지 못하는 사람이 좀 많았어요.

"This hotel is very nice . I recommend to everyone who is going to visit Samarkand. Because the staff are very nice , friendly , professional and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, are full with European style. This hotel is worth to live for your travel in Samarkand !"

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"The closeness to the airport is great but this 👌 is the best place to stay and from there view one of the prettiest islands I've seen in the carabian"

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. "Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

we were missing the towels and the room was facing a very noisy Main Street. I would recommend double glass windows to avoid the street noise.
