"Friendly people and great location"

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"Beautifully laid out cottages in a stunning tree filled landscape/garden. Easy to get to the pool and beach. The accommodation was really clean and so comfortable."

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

시설이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있었지만.. 다 좋았습니다. 방화문이 너무 쾅쾅 닫히고 엘리베이터가 좀 노후된 느낌만 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. "Good location. Off the noisy main road. Gentle downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. Victor and Claudia on reception friendly and helpful Micro kitchen has everything that you could need. Room reasonable size, nice balconies. Bath with over shower"

A couple of details... No shelf in the shower to put your soap and shampoo. On the floor or balancing on the shower handle.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

"The hotel is great. The rooms are huge, with two toilets, kitchen and everything else you need, even an iron and ironing board. They changed towels every few days."
