"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. we arrived 6.15am but couldnt check-in until.2pm which was extremely annoying especially coming off a 5 hour flight to be told we had to wait till 2pm to check in because our room was not ready. I understand this but I requested for an early check in at the time of booking but unfortunately they ignored our request. Imagine coming off a 5 hour flight, doing laps around the island then having to sleep in your hire car because they wouldnt let you check in before 2pm. Extremely frustrating hence the low rating. other than that ace was very nice.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"직원 분들이 상당히 친절하고, 제가 방에 실수로 두고 온 약도 챙겨주셨습니다. 전반적인 시설은 깔끔하고 괜찮은 편입니다. 또한 에어컨도 사용할 수 있어서 상당히 쾌적했습니다."

이불이 빤 것이겠지만, 지워지지 않은 얼룩도 조금 묻어 있고, 더럽다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 그리고 제가 주문한 호텔 방 설명에, 비데가 있다고 되어 있는데, 실제로 사용해 보니 비데는 없었습니다.

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

"Very clean and spacious in a quiet neighbourhood. 10 mins to a little beach and 25 mins walk to the old center. Johnny is very welcoming and speaks excellent English and Dutch amongst other languages. He arranged airport transfers and transfers to Cidade Velha which all went smoothly. There is a cafe and few restaurants round the corner and a pretty restaurant by the beach."

"블레드 호수와 가깝고 주차가 편합니다. 거실과 방이 문으로 분리되어 있고 쇼파베드도 있어서 각자 잘 수 있었어요. 거실이 넓고 주방 기구들도 잘 구비되어 있어요. 카드키로 되어 있어 편했구요. 아침에 방안에 직접 차려주는 조식이 무척 풍성하고 맛있었습니다."
