"Very clean and very close to the heart of Banja tourist zone, especially the Bridge of Love."

All was fine, nothing bad comes to mind right away.

"One word .....Fabulous !The apartments were spotless.The location was great and only a 15 minute walk to the shopping mall.The accommodation was well equipped and good sized.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.Will definitely stay here again when I visit Zambia again."

The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

시설이 조금 오래된 느낌은 있었지만.. 다 좋았습니다. 방화문이 너무 쾅쾅 닫히고 엘리베이터가 좀 노후된 느낌만 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

"It was such a warm and inviting home. The staff were amazing communicators, making everything easy from start to finish. I had a small mishap where I broke a door handle, but the staff were so skilled and quick to resolve it that I felt completely at ease. I felt genuinely cared for as they frequently checked to see if I needed anything. If you are looking for a place near the main tour pickup locations, stay here. "Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"블레드 호수와 가깝고 주차가 편합니다. 거실과 방이 문으로 분리되어 있고 쇼파베드도 있어서 각자 잘 수 있었어요. 거실이 넓고 주방 기구들도 잘 구비되어 있어요. 카드키로 되어 있어 편했구요. 아침에 방안에 직접 차려주는 조식이 무척 풍성하고 맛있었습니다."
