"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

"Das Appartement hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage mit Blick auf die Burg von Făgăraș sowie seitlich auf die orthodoxe Kirche. Es liegt sehr zentral und verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, so dass eine Parkplatzsuche nicht notwendig ist. Nahezu direkt unter dem Appartement befinden sich ein ganz kleiner Laden, in dem man das Nötigste (z.B. Getränke) erhält. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich eine Apotheke und eine Möglichkeit für Geldwechsel. Auch der Markt für frisches Obst und Gemüse ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Appartement selbst ist wunderschön. Man merkt, dass es gut gepflegt wird! Es ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es doch mal Fragen gibt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!"

"The appartement was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and what can I say about the view!!! Exceptional, extraordinary, incredible!!! The bed was soooo comfortable it was a joy to snuggle it at night. Yolanda was our contact and she was very helpful, always available to answer our questions, to give explication and help us in our fabulous trip in Cusco!😍 Thanks so much Yolanda! On top of it all, we had Michi the cat, strolling around the lush yard that we could pet!!😻 I would definitely return to Quinua Boutique! I strrrrrongly recommend!"

"가격대비 효율성이 매우 좋은 아파트입니다. 직원이 매우 친절하고 아파트 출입구에 상주하고 있어서 체크인이 편리하고 보안에 안전합니다. 체크아웃 후에 짐도 보관해 줍니다. 아파트에 간이 주방(전자렌지, 냉장고, 커피포트)이 있습니다. 약간의 집기가 있으나 가스렌지는 없어요. 저희는 5층에 머물렀는데 밤에는 조용하고 도심뷰라 라파즈 야경이 무척 아름다웠습니다. 시내 주요 관광지인 무리요 광장이나 마녀시장 등이 도보 10분~15분 정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 아파트 주변에 작은 마트는 많이 있고 10분 거리에 시장과 텔레페리코 파랑색과 보라색 라인 타는 곳이 있습니다."

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facilities are excellent for such a great price. While Booking.com ratings in the 8s are usually reliable, this place deserves a perfect 10. "Comfortable and very clean cottage, set in beautiful tropical gardens in a very quiet location around 5 minutes from downtown. Easy to hire a car at a reasonable rate from the hosts. Great pick up and drop off. Very nice pool."

The bathroom is tiny and the shower fitting is loose with limited water flow. But these things did not detract from a great stay.

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"Our whole family loved this place. The garden setting is beautiful and very well maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the pool — it was a real highlight for them. The location is superb: close to the beach and right by the marine reserve, which made for some of the best snorkelling we experienced. A fantastic spot for a relaxed family stay."

"2명이서 방문했고 4인까지는 가성비로 충분히 괜찮습니다. 3인이 제일 적당할 것 같아요. 조식은 준비해서 하루 전에 냉장고에 넣어주심. 샌드위치, 팩으로된 주스, 과일(사과, 바나나, 오렌지 중 1개), 씨리얼바로 구성되어있음. 청소도 매일 점심쯤 깨끗하게 준비해줌. 세탁기도 있고, 음식을 해먹을 수 있게 버너, 냄비, 프라이팬, 식기류, 칼, 가위, 와인오프너, 전자렌지가 다 구비되어있음"

Walking around the neighborhood because too many dogs. Though most were chained but their threatening bucks and sometimes meeting unchained ones scared me off. I don’t like dogs!

The hot water supply took a while to get used to but no issues thereafter.

"복잡한 지역이 아니라서, 조용하고 좋았습니다. 위치도 민족 박물관, 서호수에서 멀지 않으며, 한인 타운(미딩) 또한 차로 멀지 않은 거리에 있어 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 시설 또한 깨끗하고 일반 호텔보다 공간이 더 넓어 지내기에 쾌적하였습니다."
