The staff is incredibly friendly, and the facilities are excellent for such a great price. While Booking.com ratings in the 8s are usually reliable, this place deserves a perfect 10. "I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

The room has a kind of smell that made my nose uncomfortable. Maybe my nose is just sensitive to their air freshener if there was one.

주변 상권이 없는 지역이라 단기로 머물더라도 차 렌트는 필수!

"Absolutely lovely property! The staff cannot do enough for you! Friendly and go out of their way to help you. Great location 10 minute walk from rockley beach and right by many places to eat. I felt safe as a solo female in the property. It was also quiet and the pool was well maintained."

"We stayed in the apartment A402, I believe their are a number of units rented in the complex. We had underground parking a few steps from the lift. The apartment is spacious with a great terrace with great views, including Mont Blanc in the distance. It was very well kitted out and very comfortable. I felt it was good value for the price we paid."

The beds and bed linen are ok (clean) but could do with an upgrade. The bathroom could also do with an upgrade, remove the bath and put in a shower, and upgrade the lighting, but that is just my opinion. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss, it is been connected through a Netgear Router from the apartment directly above.

We had trouble controlling the heating- might have just been us but some switches were hard to use. Kitchen- needs some knives

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"가격대비 효율성이 매우 좋은 아파트입니다. 직원이 매우 친절하고 아파트 출입구에 상주하고 있어서 체크인이 편리하고 보안에 안전합니다. 체크아웃 후에 짐도 보관해 줍니다. 아파트에 간이 주방(전자렌지, 냉장고, 커피포트)이 있습니다. 약간의 집기가 있으나 가스렌지는 없어요. 저희는 5층에 머물렀는데 밤에는 조용하고 도심뷰라 라파즈 야경이 무척 아름다웠습니다. 시내 주요 관광지인 무리요 광장이나 마녀시장 등이 도보 10분~15분 정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 아파트 주변에 작은 마트는 많이 있고 10분 거리에 시장과 텔레페리코 파랑색과 보라색 라인 타는 곳이 있습니다."
