"Clean cozy room, cool ac, working netflix, pool"

The room has a kind of smell that made my nose uncomfortable. Maybe my nose is just sensitive to their air freshener if there was one.

"There is a kitchen where I was able to prepare my own meals. All the facilities are included e.g a cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave etc It was a home from home apartment which was to my liking and style. The host Marcia is excellent and extremely helpful. I would describe her as a problem solver and very knowledgeable. Including Yolanda who does the day to day Management of the accommodation . She is always helpful and very friendly no matter how busy her day is . I have recently extended my stay for a further 18 days as I am very happy staying here whilst visiting friends and overseeing some renovation work on my own property."

Due to the fact that we are on a main Road there is ongoing traffic and the noise can sometimes be a bit loud from the music boxes the cars and taxi drivers have in their vehicles. There is no noise control on vehicles in Guyana. However, after a time you get use to it.

"가격대비 효율성이 매우 좋은 아파트입니다. 직원이 매우 친절하고 아파트 출입구에 상주하고 있어서 체크인이 편리하고 보안에 안전합니다. 체크아웃 후에 짐도 보관해 줍니다. 아파트에 간이 주방(전자렌지, 냉장고, 커피포트)이 있습니다. 약간의 집기가 있으나 가스렌지는 없어요. 저희는 5층에 머물렀는데 밤에는 조용하고 도심뷰라 라파즈 야경이 무척 아름다웠습니다. 시내 주요 관광지인 무리요 광장이나 마녀시장 등이 도보 10분~15분 정도면 갈 수 있습니다. 아파트 주변에 작은 마트는 많이 있고 10분 거리에 시장과 텔레페리코 파랑색과 보라색 라인 타는 곳이 있습니다."

Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. The property is also very well connected, which made getting around easy and convenient. "Sean our host was super accomodating and made us feel comfortable in a home away from home over the Christmas period. Sean met us the airport, provided our daily breakfast and assisted us with bookings and provided his local knowledge through out stay. :-)...."

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

"Apartamento totalmente remodelado, tem uma óptima localização mesmo perto da praia. A cozinha está bem equipada. A chave tem que se ir buscar ao café “Amadeu” onde o Sr. que nos recebeu foi bastante simpático e atencioso."

A limpeza podia ser melhor.

"Absolutely lovely property! The staff cannot do enough for you! Friendly and go out of their way to help you. Great location 10 minute walk from rockley beach and right by many places to eat. I felt safe as a solo female in the property. It was also quiet and the pool was well maintained."

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"
