"인스브루크 중심부에서 7km쯤 떨어진 무터스는 아름답고 사랑스러운 곳이며, 호텔은 그 정취를 잘 간직하고 있습니다. 주변 경관은 환상적이고 조식은 훌륭하며 객실은 넓고 쾌적합니다. 트램 역인 Mutters Bahnhof는 호텔에서 도보 3분 거리에 있으며, 전철은 30분마다 인스브루크(또는 그 반대 방향)로 운행합니다. 하프보드를 신청하지 않아도 당일 아침에 저녁식사 주문이 가능합니다."

"Booking details state “ An airport shuttle service is available on request”. It wasn’t. And the free busses were only around once an hour from the very local stop. The near tram was not frequent with a 10 min walk at the end in ski gear."

"Front desk staff with no empathy with tourist first time in region. No willing to explain about attractions and options to get them. They would rather provide a guide rather explaining you. Also, they were unable to provide the Welcome card."

"We stayed in Hotel Seppl Innsbruck on 10th and 11th November. Check-in was smooth. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM, which is quite early then their check-in time but they asked us to wait twenty minutes and our room is ready within twenty minutes. The view from our room (3rd floor) was the best part of our stay in this hotel. Rooms were cleaned on time daily but sheets changed after three days. There was no kettle in the room but they provided one on request. Buffet breakfast was nice and the breakfast room has amazing views as well as enough space for the guests during our stay. The hotel is actually quite far from Innsbruck but the tram station is two minutes walk from the hotel and there is a tram for all the main places of Innsbruck every half hour. It takes roughly half hour to reach Innsbruck this way."
"The room we were assigned was on third floor and we have to take our heavy luggage by stairs. It takes three rounds for me to take our luggage upstairs and again the same when we were checking out."
