"Good value for money, friendly helpful staff, reasonably close to Galzigbahn and city center (even walking is not a problem). Even though I had a room facing the road it was very quiet as long the windows were closed. The bar and lounge area is also nice and a good place to have a drink in the evening."
"For my personal preference the mattress could have been a bit softer. On the other hand it also wasn't really hard. The ski room was a bit small. If there are many people at the same time in it, it gets a bit chaotic. However, non of this would stop me from staying there again."

"It is tired and needs work. The boot room is too small for the size of hotel, so skis were being stacked on top of each other and ski boots were cold and damp in the morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms also need maintenance as they are not functioning properly."

"The hotel is in need of renovation, especially the spa area. The steam room does not work properly — there is barely any steam, it is only warm inside, and there is an unpleasant smell. The swimming pool and spa overall feel outdated. In the room, the shower has very low water pressure, which was disappointing. Breakfast was acceptable but could definitely be improved in terms of quality and variety. The hotel is far from the center and you need to park the car far from the hotel what makes things more complicated."
