Surrounded by embassies and palaces, the property is directly next to Belvedere Palace and in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The State Opera can be reached in a 15-minute walk.

"공간이 넓고 효율적으로 구성되어 있고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어서 전혀 불편함이 없이 편안하게 지냈고, 중심 관광지에서도 가까워 이동도 편리했습니다. 주변도 조용한 주택가라 소음이 거의 없었습니다. 직원분들이 친절한 것은 물론이고요. 벨베데레가 도보로 5분 거리에 있어 더욱 좋았습니다. 다시 비엔나에 와도 또 오려고 합니다."

"숙소는 넓고 깨끗하였고, 조용하였다. 안쪽 정원을 바라보는 발코니가 있어서 여기서 차를 마실 수도 있다. 1층에 숙소를 관리하는 직원은 매우 친절하였다. 다만, 직원이 근무하는 시간은 오전 9시~오후 3시반이며, 이후에도 응급 전화로는 연락이 가능하다. David 는 내가 부탁한 모든 것들을 성심껏 바로 해결해 주었다. Belvedere 궁전까지는 불과 5분 거리여서 우리는 매일 아침, 저녁으로 Belvedere 궁전을 거닐 수 있었다. 카를 대성당이나 Ring까지 걸어 갈 수도 있었고, 1호선 전철역도 가까워 시내 주요 명소까지 대중교통도 편리하게 이용 가능하다. 비엔나 중앙역이 10분 거리이고 BILLA, SPAR 등 식료품점이 5~10분 거리에 즐비하여 매우 편리. 강추!"

"Combining price and location this place is great. It about 25 minutes of relaxed walking from the opera and albertina museum. Lots of restaurants around. Talk to David. He's great help."

"The location is very convenient to go into the city centre. Only few minutes walk to a tram station. The apartment has all facilities you look for if you are going for a short stay. Staff is friendly and very good at giving recommendations where to visit for attractions and food."

"We loved the layout of the apartment and the amenities. The bathrooms were magnificent and the kitchen was well equipped, while the bedroom was super comfortable. Grocery stores were very close as well. It was also pretty well placed to explore the city - you had Belvedere Palace and Market Place 500m away, and Karlsplatz station just 1km up the road, which could take you to any other attraction you'd want. We walked most of the area to discover and explore. There were also lots of restaurants in the area, though we didnt utilise them as the markets and grocery stores kept us going. We also really appreciated the well equipped laundry facilities and the easy access to and from the apartment."
"The apartment was a bit cold for our liking and no amount of tinkering with the thermostat had much of an impact. This was a minor complaint however as the bedding was more than adequate and everything else worked to our liking. Had we stayed longer we would have requested someone to look at the temperature issue, but it wasn't a big enough problem over the 3 days we were there."
