"Shower could not be attached to the rail as the fittings on the rail and shower head were not compatible. Lack of available power points in the room. Asked the staff for a room price and was quoted €220 for 2 persons for 1 night. Went on Booking.com and got the room for €104."

"The WiFi didn't work at all in our room. The place was advertised as having WiFi. When I politely enquired about this, the staff member (receptionist) suggested it may be because the walls are thick and that the solution is to sit in the corridor. When I explained that we weren't notified of this prior to booking and that we needed to have WiFi access in the room (due to work), the staff member rudely shrugged us off and walked away. A lack of respect and willingness to help. Very disappointed about this."

"Shower had no curtain or partition so the whole bathroom was soaked when anyone showered. No place was dry to put your clothes, not even a hook behind the door. A kettle would have been good so we could make a hot drink in our room. Price was high for the standard of property. It was quite an old building needing a refurb."

"At check-in, I personally and clearly asked if there was Wi-Fi in the room, and the receptionist confirmed there was. But that turned out to be completely false—Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby. I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would lie about something so basic and essential."
