"It is advertised as a whole apartment, however, this is more like a halfway house because the top level is rented out as a separate apartment, there is no disclaimer on that. I could hear all the footsteps, conversation, showering, toileting from the people upstairs, it felt uncomfortable and unsafe, as it's only divided by a locked door that joins upstairs. It also advertised as only number 5, which to me indicated 1 dwelling-whole apartment. The cleanliness needs to be improved as there were dead ants, sightings of cockroaches and mould in the bathroom. There were no extra rubbish bags, no dish sponge as well. It is definitely overpriced"

"Fantastic location near the beach, shops and short drive to Maits Rest Rainforest Walk. Beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean, there was ample parking, and we spotted a koala in garden!"

"It felt unsafe that the upstairs guests were able to open the door between the floors, the blinds in the larger bedroom didn’t block out light well and some kitchenware/appliances were in poor condition."
