"Location amazing. Staff very helpful, Sofia amazing and would go above and beyond, Umud the guy on reception also amazing, the bolt taxi could not accept 50 manat as he didn’t have change so Umud paid for us until we had change. All the hotel staff very polite and the maids. A credit to the hotel."

"The guy at the reception asked to write a review on booking and it should be 10 while they check the room after our stay. This is not acceptable!!! The bathroom smelled bad and was covered in mold. There was no working bedside lamp."

We should stay in another place in the next days, but we changed our reservation to stay at Smith 2 more days Breakfast, staff and the room. Everything is incredible! The service of taxi too!
