"My room was windowless. This was not described on the advertising and original booking details. I would not has reserved a windowless room. This should have been made clear at the point of reservation. The windowless room was confirmed AFTER the pre-cancelation period. This should be made clearer on the Booking www at the point of advertising the room."

"Jest to bardzo dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt dla turysty, któremu zależy na noclegu w centrum miasta. Zaletą obiektu jest oryginalne położenie, bliskość starego miasta, miła obsługa, pyszne śniadania, i restauracja. Pokój był duży, czysty, zadbany."

"Wynająłem pokój bez otwieranych okien, więc przy wchodzeniu do pokoju wyczuwalny był specyficzny, nieprzyjemny zapach - to był główny mankament. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja, zamiast wiatraczka."

"Mały pokoik z klimatyzacją okazał się być wystarczający. Świetna lokalizacja, można na pieszo dojść do Bascarsija. Jest lokalna knajpka z widokiem na rzekę. Jest parking, którego nie ma w droższej ofercie hotelu obok. Wszystko pomyślane."

"It's a brilliant place to stay, clean, comfortable and cosy. The river terrace is stunning especially at night when the bridge is lit up. The host is friendly and helpful. There's a great supermarket nearby with good value hot food. We loved our stay here."

"We were welcomed by extremely kind people. Aunt Sena offered us a welcome coffee, and her husband helped us park the car. Every time we had a problem with the car, he always managed to fix it. The view from the terrace is breathtaking! One day it was raining, and they even brought us umbrellas. My mother has difficulty walking, and Sena kindly lent her a rollator, which helped her a lot. The beds are very comfortable, and both the interior and exterior of the house are beautiful. But what we appreciated the most was the kindness and warmth of our hosts, they felt like an aunt and uncle to us."
