"The hotel was unexpectedly good: solid facilities, very very pleasant and friendly staff. We stayed at a few different accommodations during our trip, and the friendliness and helpfulness of staff in this place beat all others."

"Helpful staff ,specially Adisa and Emina for their guidance to any query. Mirela for her kind gesture at the breakfast table every morning. Location was away but it helped to be away from the busy city centre. Good amount of parking space availability."

"Comfort, all the facilities needed, and VFM. Was a bit of a distance from city centre. But cheap and reliable trolley bus service meant that was easily accessible."

"Our family had an overnight stay at Pansion Boris and it was superb. We managed to park our car earlier than the check in time and the location is nearby the city center. My 6 years old son and 2 years old daughter enjoyed the double deck bed. Thank you so much Sir Boris!"

Tourists who arrive by car: Sarajevo is a little bit unusual city with some hills on streets. Dont get nervous when lokking for apartment location and parking. Be focused and it's easy to find. I would recomment Tuzlaks appartment to every couple."
