"The property is immaculately clean, has everything you need. So spacious with a fantastic wrap around balcony. The beds are so comfortable and the whole apartment has a homely modern feel to it. The cleaner was lovely and did a fantastic job, the communication from booking to leaving was outstanding and always replied promptly. Lots of local information provided at the apartment which was really helpful. The gardens were Well kept and the pool was lovely and quiet and perfect for my little one. Fantastic stay and highly recommended."

"The outside space on the very large balcony is amazing we sent a lot of time sitting there in the morning and evening. You get a nice cooling breeze there. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. It’s very secure with the gates and guard in the evening. The pool area and gardens are very well maintained"

"Very comfortable apartment, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Particularly liked the outdoor furniture on the spacious balcony areas. Gated entry with very friendly security staff at night. Air-con in all areas of the property which was very welcome during our stay! We felt very much at home throughout and greatly enjoyed our time there. Prompt responses to messages and we were able to arrive earlier than specified when our arrangements changed. Thank you, Mark."

"Absolutely loved this property for its location, amenities, space and number of bathrooms. We were three adult couples who shared the house for 9 nights. The patio and pool was phenomenal which we enjoyed daily. Kitchen, dinning room and living room were as advertised. Communication with Booking.com and Jancie on-site was exceptional. The pool was exceptionally clean. The house was very neat and tidy. The onsite parking pad accommodated our eight passenger vehicle with no problem. The following little things didn't impact us but just wanted to note, and remember, this is the Caribbean lol! The water pressure is up and down, internet slows at times, lots of hand soap but no dish soap, no blackout curtains in bedrooms so bring your sleep mask!"

"Everything was brilliant. Communication with Carl in the uk to communication with Marcia on the island. The villa is beautiful and even more spacious than it appears in the photos. There is everything you need for a very comfortable week. The swimming pool and gym is in the building around the corner, no distance at all! The plunge pool is in the back garden and everything is very well maintained. The beds were super comfy! The grounds are secure and have a gate and security. The beach is a 9minute walk down the road and 5minutes to the local bar and bus stop. The buses are frequent and a lot of fun! The supermarket is a 8 minute drive and holetown is 20minutes south with an even bigger availability of stores. There are restaurants up and down the beach road. Some local and some fancy."

"The location was perfect - the Caribbean is literary across the road. The Rockley Beach is about 15 min walk along the coast. Also a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, many with live music in the evenings. A small food and some other stuff shop in 5 mins walk away. The choice is limited but it's convenient if you just need to grab a few basics. The apartment itself is small (perfect for one person or a couple) but very cosy and equipped with all the essentials. Hank was a wonderful host - incredibly kind and thoughtful. My flight was delayed, but he still came to meet me a few hours later than the original check in time to give me the keys, explained how to use everything in the apartment and even gave me a lift to the shop so I could pick up some food just in time before it closed. I really appreciated that."
