"Friendly welcoming staff. Free mineral water in fridge. Comfortable bed/room. Very clean and spacious. I appreciated that you can adjust the heating and airflow settings to your preferences. Shuttle service to airport is excellent."

"They upgraded me to another type of room, which was really appreciated after a long day I had. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I experienced in the hotel, and the bathroom in my hotel room was huge, I really loved the massage bathtub. Room was also really modern and equipped with everything you might need. The restaurant in this hotel is also amazing. The food was delicious and the service was perfect! Everyone was super nice and helpful. If I'm ever in Brussels, I will be returning to this hotel."
