"I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, the good quality breakfast and the convenient location just walking distance from Gare Central."

"I would expect towels with no stamps on them, and less noise in the corridors from the cleaners especially around 2pm as some travellers would like to enjoy a quiet siesta."

"Robes and slippers provided for the spa or just for the room, free hot drinks all day. Due to the location, we popped back a couple of times in the day. Staff were very nice and helpful. Night time was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety!"

"Very quiet and relaxing stay to disconnect from city life. Amazingly kind and professional staff at breakfast, bar and reception. The bed was very comfortable and the room had an old charm to it. A country home away from home! The breakfast was served in the hotel next door, it was very good and plentiful even late in the morning. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night"

"Everything was amazing. Welcoming and kind staff. Very clean rooms with amenities such as tea and coffee and toiletries. Lovely and substantial breakfast. Excellent heating. Close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs restaurants, Bruges City Centre. Across the road from the bus station and a easy stroll to the train station. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bath, heaps of hot water. Quiet location and inside the hotel."
