"Location and very accommodating owners who even picked us up as a party of 6 from the train station. There were so many goodies we couldn’t eat / drink them all. Fantastic"

"We were met on arrival by our hosts. Who were most welcoming. The location,in the centre of Ieper, overall quality of the house, fixtures and fittings in all rooms. lots of complementary items throughout. Especially the fridge."

"The only issue was the parking. The house comes with a garage space, but wasn't wide enough to get a large people carrier in. This is no fault of the owners just an observation for anyone else with a larger than average vehicle"

"Extremely well maintained, more than comprehensively equipped, spacious, tasteful and exceptional location. Also,very importantly with off road parking. Hosts were superb, friendly and generous. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and this is unquestionably one of the best."

"The location of Het Kabinet was perfect and a 5 minute walk to the Menin Gate and local bars and restaurants. Tibo met us at the property to show us round and explain how everything worked. We were able to store both cars in a huge garage within a 2 minute walk and also made use of the free city bikes for a 40 km ride which was excellent ! Can not recommend this property more !"

"It was just perfect, a very nice host, a perfect appartment with 3 bedrooms and a good living room. Great kitchen with all facilities. 3 bathrooms also one with a 🛁. Even a garage with space to two cars. Highly recommended!"

"Everything, starting from the location (tiny nice village); the "lady of the house" was super kind, helpful (open for any question), super breakfast, a nice garden (it wasn't hot, but I suppose the trees would give a very fresh feeling if it was), good stay for my bike, but also car parking space available."

"Excellent location with a very caring host. Probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Nothing to much for the host. Breakfast to die for. Location is perfect with a short walk to the centre and Menen Gate."

"Zeer ruime woning, op een fantastische locatie in de Ardennen. Woning heeft wel onderhoud nodig. Sauna met veel moeite warm te krijgen, maar zeker niet op sauna temperaturen te krijgen. Stoelen doorgezakt, jeu de boules ballen verroest, meerdere douches tegelijk aan heb je bijna geen water, in ieder geval niet warm .. kortom, onderhoud/update hard nodig. Voor ons als vriendengroep een fantastisch weekend gehad, maar kritisch kijkend is het huis gewoon toe aan een opknapbeurt. Locatie is super, je kan direct beginnen aan een mooie hike, of mtb route. Ruimte om het huis is super."

"Fantastisch leuk en groot huis. Perfect in orde, zeer proper. Alles was aanwezig, ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig en het huis was heel gezellig gedecoreerd. We werden zeer warm ontvangen, de gastheer kon er zelf niet zijn maar we werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een welkomstbrief en attentie. Heel leuke en aangename omgeving, mooie tuin waar de kinderen van hebben genoten. Heerlijk rustig om te vertoeven en fijne uitstappen gedaan. Een aanrader!"

"We had a wonderful time during our stay at Jardin de Lieze. The hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming, the cottage is quite cosy, located on a country road in a quiet peaceful area. The large double bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for your stay, there is an enclosed garden area where we enjoyed a bit of sun with our dogs - all in all we were very happy with our choice and will go back there if we return to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Heel mooi huis, de omgeving was schitterend, de slaapkamers ruim en goed gemeubileerd. Wij hebben al veel huizen mogen bezoeken dit was was echt goed schoon en dat is heel fijn als je ergens een paar dagen gaat verblijven. Voldoende servies en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Voldoende ruimte als het regent om binnen te blijven. Mooie wandel omgeving."
