Hoeve Roosbeek features luxurious rooms, cosy gastronomy and free WiFi in a restored farmstead, 15 minutes’ drive from Sint-Truiden. It features a garden terrace, bicycle or vespa rental. All of the air-conditioned rooms at Hoeve Roosbeek have a flat-screen TV, electric kettle and a minibar. Each of the bathrooms includes a rainshower and is supplied with a bathrobe. The restaurant serves cuisine prepared within sight of the tables. A monthly menu featuring seasonal dishes is also offered. "We had the large bedroom at the front of the property which was very spacious and well appointed. Delicious breakfast with all fresh produce and many homemade by the owner. Fab, quiet location just outside town which has many places to eat in. Owner is very attentive and even moved his car so we could park a large van. Highly recommend to all and if we are ever back in the area would will be staying again. Claire x"
