"perfect place directly at the GROOTE MARKT; varied, delicious breakfast; wonderful smell of breakfast in the morning; parking place on request 10,-€/d (reserve it in advance)"

"Room on the 3rd floor, very small elevator, steep stairway; If you open the window the noises from the road are very loud; difficult to interact because of chinese language barrier to the seniors; parking place in the second next street and no place to park in front of the hotel to unload the car; room was very small (see pictures)"

"The location was perfect for me and cleanliness was up to standard."

"I did not appreciate one member of staff who was a little rude when I wished to add a guest for one night after missing their transport. Paying was not the issue, it was how it was dealt with."

"Little gold mine of a hotel in a really great location to explore the city. The stay was super cheap for the amazing quality of rooms and staff. I went there in winter so maybe it's not the same year round, but unlike Mons, there was a free parking lot close by. Also located right next to a big wholesale grocery store (Colruyt) and water park (Le Point d'Eau)"

"We were a bit early, but the host rushed over to let us in and give us the key. This took about 20 minutes. She kindly told us about where to park and what to do in Ieper. Her best tip was to visit the website of the Menenpoort memorial services, which shows which groups come for the service, and every night is different. The apartment is super close to the event and to the market, the museum, and many lovely eat and drink places."
