"I want to complain about Booking.com, not the hotel. While making the reservation, I asked for late check-out and bookng said yes (not immediately, but after a couple of hours, giving the impression that the hotel has been contacted). However, it was not the case, the hotel did not know anything about our late check-out request. And we did not get it, so, it's your mistake, Booking.com"

"It was a wonderful vacation! It exceeded all my expectations! The hotel is beautiful, with such a classic style, a stone's throw from the sea. The staff is friendly, always ready to help you! The room is very cozy, clean. You can see the sea from the balcony. As I said the hotel is in a very convenient location, surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, stores. We will certainly be coming to visit you again! You are now on our favorite hotel!"

"Little gold mine of a hotel in a really great location to explore the city. The stay was super cheap for the amazing quality of rooms and staff. I went there in winter so maybe it's not the same year round, but unlike Mons, there was a free parking lot close by. Also located right next to a big wholesale grocery store (Colruyt) and water park (Le Point d'Eau)"
