"A great hotel that’s less than a minute from the train station, and within 10mins of key locations shops,cafes,restaurants and shopping centres. The service is magnificent and will always try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, any issues will be sorted quickly and swiftly, room service happens if you stay longer then 2 nights and they throughly clean your room in the mornings or upon request, the staff is lovely and have nice personalities and will always listen to your concerns. If you get the opportunity to try the spa and massages at this hotel the service is 5/5 stars and they always deliver via it be by giving amazing relaxing massages or incredible skin care treatments, my stay here for one week has been the best it could have been, thank you, Carbon Hotel-Differnent Hotels."

"The bed is next to the table and the table is not covered by soft materials. It is easy for a child to hurt the head. Not friendly to child in this case. The cleaning woman did not put new tissues when it was finished on the hands washing place."

"Nothing to dislike, one observation, the power outlet in my room was under the desk around a metre from the bed. Luckily I have an extended phone charger but as many people like to read e devices or have their devices charging next to them. It would be good to move the power outlet and or maybe change to a pop up power outlet just behind the bed."
