"Our room was well presented. We liked the sustainability touches. Staff were friendly and the food was very good in the bar area. Water available all the time at the entrance of the hotel which is a great idea."

"We stayed for 3 nights. There were three hangers for hanging clothes and no shelves/chest of drawers. Also the place could do with some coat hooks. Bathroom is tiny but useable even though our room was an executive one."

"The staff is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. The bar downstairs is great and very convenient. It is also close to the vibrant part of the city and business district (as I was there for work). I will definitely choose The Usual again next time when in Brussels."

"Amazing stay! We were only in Brussels for 24 hours but everything was great! We were greeted with friendly staff, a smooth check in and had a clean spacious modern and comfortable room! The bed was comfy, great shower and amenities i.e handy to have plug sockets by the bed, plenty of lamps, kettle, TV etc. We would stay here again!"
