Van der Valk Hotel Spa

"We had a lovely stay and thank the staff for making our stay a special one. The standard room and ensuite bathroom were chic, very roomy, and comfortable. The vernicular to the Thermes de Spa was a lovely perk and made our trip to the spa a breeze. The location is excellent and right at the town centre. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a lovely hotel, great location and fantastic breakfast buffet"

"Our rooms were not ready at check in time and it took a while to get them, without being offered anything for the waiting time"

"Location Especially lift to the thermes"

"Music at dinner. Poor choice Cold in the entrance lounges Fire images on Tv seemed useless"

"The cleanliness and location of the thermen spa was great… been here 2 times already"

"The mini bar in the room is too limited…"

"Excellent location, room was perfect, very varied breakfast, good gym with excellent view on the casino."

"Staff at reception never said hello when on the phone with guests. Did not acknowledge presence to ask us to wait. Multiple times, they took phone reservation while this should be done by back office, not check-in desk. Also, the parking availability is a little misleading as it is billable (€13 outside and €20 inside) and not free."

"It was very chic and still familiy friendly! The breakfast buffet was very good."

"I thought it had its own swimming pool but it didn’t."

"Cuisine excellente. Personnel impeccable."

"Délai d'attente au restaurant important."
